BACS (Booking Airway Courier Services)

It is common for us to have an urgent need to send some goods to a friend or family member who lives abroad. Therefore, the safe delivery of the goods and the most competitive pricing are essential to us on this occasion. Sending via courier service can be too slow and expensive; it depends on the country the package needs to arrive. The safest option is when someone we know travels to a destination where our friend lives, but such cases are occasional.

The solution:

BACS is an application meant for people who travel often and can offer to take and deliver a parcel for someone. This application will allow them to advertise their delivery service. Conversely, people who need a delivery can seek and advertise their delivery requests via the application. The platform should act as a matchmaker between parties offering deliveries and parties seeking delivery services.

BACS system is consisted of a Booking application and a Back-office application, having communication with an E-mail provider, SMS provider, and Payment processor.

A user should be able to post a delivery offer or request by specifying the required information. Users can communicate via private chat upon matching the delivery transaction. Upon completing the transaction, both parties are offered to rate and comment service the other party provides. Instead of transferring money, users will transfer tokens between themselves. A user should associate his bank card with his account and use that card to buy tokens.
