IMS (Inventory management system)

The problem:

Warehouse management requires working with a large amount of essential data. Unfortunately, before the digital era, that data was stored in paper format, making it susceptible to loss and easy misuse. Information flow, knowledge of job practices, and their application are also a few key issues.

The need to introduce software to keep records of warehouses and monitor their condition arose due to several recurring problems:

  • Few employees know everything about the warehouse.
  • Management is still on paper.
  • Employees are constantly verbally asking about product inventory, and incorrect and late deliveries occur.
  • Stock shortages and overorders arise frequently.
  • There is a need to expand the number of staff due to the increased scope of work, etc.

The solution:

IMS is an interactive, centralized system that lets users instantly update and change vital information about their warehouses. It is intended for small and medium-sized companies just beginning the digital transformation journey and need a solution that will help them manage their inventory more efficiently.

With the help of IMS, warehouse management provides a handful of opportunities for reporting, insight into the actual situation at any time, and timely response to problems.

Some of the advantages of using this software are: better utilization of warehouse space, accurate inventory records, complete traceability with the use of barcodes, shortened order processing time, precision when processing shipments, minimal errors when entering data due to the input validation system, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and many more.

The IMS supports stock transfer, barcode generation and tracking, location and rack management, inventories, and report generation. In addition, the system is designed to be easily adaptable to any company’s specific needs.

EasyProcess

The problem:

Employees typically are emailed instructions on how to do tasks in a specific order. It results in repeating communications and makes employees wonder what steps to take next when something is overlooked. Many organizations currently have standard operating processes and procedures (SOP) that must be followed in specific ways. Any organization can fail prematurely, not due to staff incompetence or a lack of resources; but due to a lack of defined procedures or, worse, doing it manually. We can observe that proper organization, information flow, and process automation influence a company’s success.

The solution:

The proposed solution will eliminate business bottlenecks and improve management. In addition, it will provide organizations with structural processes and workflow.

The software is intended for process management in any organization. It helps organize everyday activities to remove obstacles, control costs, ensure that business operations run as smoothly as possible, and boost employee productivity. Companies can define how to work in a reusable way. The software solution enables workers to interact by utilizing pre-existing knowledge.

By default, the process consists of several procedures, and each procedure consists of multiple tasks. Tasks are delegated to members for definition and maintenance. After defining it, a supervisor may either approve or reject the procedure if something is missed. When the procedure is complete, it can be assigned to a team or member to follow the tasks and execute each task along the way. Everyone can be confident that every business flow goes smoothly and that employees follow each step of the procedure.

BACS (Booking Airway Courier Services)

The problem:

It is common for us to have an urgent need to send some goods to a friend or family member who lives abroad. Therefore, the safe delivery of the goods and the most competitive pricing are essential to us on this occasion. Sending via courier service can be too slow and expensive; it depends on the country the package needs to arrive. The safest option is when someone we know travels to a destination where our friend lives, but such cases are occasional.

The solution:

BACS is an application meant for people who travel often and can offer to take and deliver a parcel for someone. This application will allow them to advertise their delivery service. Conversely, people who need a delivery can seek and advertise their delivery requests via the application. The platform should act as a matchmaker between parties offering deliveries and parties seeking delivery services.

BACS system is consisted of a Booking application and a Back-office application, having communication with an E-mail provider, SMS provider, and Payment processor.

A user should be able to post a delivery offer or request by specifying the required information. Users can communicate via private chat upon matching the delivery transaction. Upon completing the transaction, both parties are offered to rate and comment service the other party provides. Instead of transferring money, users will transfer tokens between themselves. A user should associate his bank card with his account and use that card to buy tokens.
