Get to know us! A 30–45-minute casual conversation with our founder or general manager. We'll discuss your work history, career goals, and how IceFyre Solutions aligns with your aspirations.

Skill testing

This stage involves logical and practical questions to verify that you have the essential skills we need. It helps us understand your proficiency and approach to problem-solving.

Tech interview

Let’s dive deeper! Meet our clients' senior developers for a technical assessment. Expect theoretical questions and a discussion of your previous projects. This will give you a sense of the types of projects you’ll be working on and the clients you’ll collaborate with.

Final interview & offer

Welcome to the team! We’ll dive into the specifics of the position, negotiate the job offer details, and discuss your potential start date. We’re excited to bring you on board!

We are flexible and believe that our colleagues get their work done remotely. On the other hand, we know it is easier to socialize, brainstorm, and sync when you are on-site in Pančevo.
